Frequently asked questions
You are paid by the 15th of the following month. Your pay slip is sent to you by encrypted email. Please send questions about your pay slip to klc@klc-ecommerce.com – with your personnel number and the month concerned.
Stop safely and call 112 if anyone is injured. Take photos, note any witnesses and report the incident above under “Accident & damage”. You get the accident and damage report form from dispatch.
Restart the app and check your internet connection. If that does not help, report it under “App & tech” with a screenshot and your phone number.
In the driver portal (German). Sign in with the email address from your application, fill in the personnel questionnaire and download the handbook, accident report and safety sheet.
